Decent Price?

I'm working with a trusted friend in the business who is helping me purchase a diamond.

is the following decent a decent deal for $7.5K? This is from GIA, but I didn't write the # of report.

HCA score was 0.9 when I typed in the stats.

I ran a search on stonealgo, and the fair price for a 1ct H VVS1 3Ex MBF comes to ~8.5k. So the price seems good, and the proportions seem good as well (not an expert).

Do you have a vendor photo or ASET image of the diamond?

If it causes a hazy or milky appearance while exposed to UV light, such as sunlight.
