It's great! How much are you paying for it, though? Also, where are you planning to set that gorgeous chunk of gem?

It sounds great. Can you get pics and an IS or ASET?

As far as I can see, the seller doesn't provide an IS or ASET. The price of the diamond is ~$4500.
Who is reputable as far as loose diamond dealers go?

I will let others who are more knowledgeable than I answer your question about various vendors from whom you can purchase a diamond, although I can recommend one vendor - ID Jewelry - from personal experience. I was wondering if you might consider purchasing a VS or SI stone and going up in carat weight? I have three stones that are a minimum of 3/4 of a carat - a VVS2 stone, a VS2 stone and a VS1 stone and with my naked eye I cannot tell the difference in clarity between them.

I might consider going down to a VS1/VS2 in clarity and either increasing the size of the stone or saving some money on the same size stone. I second ID Jewelry. Yekeutiel is fantastic to work with and their prices are really competitive.
