DeBeers settlement

Hello everybody - wondering if anyone has any updates on when the DeBeers settlement checks will be cut? I checked the settlement website, and it says that it was recently updated, but I''m having trouble finding what the updates are??? Anyone know any details - thanks - jenn.

I am looking to see if anyone knows if the appeals have been settled, how many were filed, and the bottom line, when will distribution of checks be made! Thanks!

I sent in a claim and have not heard a thing!

The last update was evidently done on June 3. All it says is that the case is still under appeal and that it could take years for a final decision.

On the bright side, if they have to pay IRS interest rates on whatever they''re told to pay out, the settlement checks could be handsome.
