i was thinking of getting the debeers allegria band as e ring -any thoughts? is it wise to buy from debeers or are they overpriced? i havent seen anything like the allegria band from other sellers. will it be difficult to pair it with another band once i am hitched?

It looks like the prongs are on the outside of the stone. Most people here prefer the shared prong look which shows minimal prongs. You might take a look at Facets as they make nice quality diamond bands at good prices. I think diamond bands are beautiful with a thin band on either side.

thanks. i am going to go to the store and look at it in person, but i liked it initially b.c i thought you wouldnt really be able to see the prongs in this setting. .
i looked at the facets website, and some look nice.. i noticed that the facet bands dont have gia certificates..is that okay? as you can prob tell, im new to this.

thanks in advance.

Stones under about .25 cts each rarely have individual certificates. So you will rarely find an eternity band with certified stones. I know Facets uses ideal to premium cut stones and a lot of people on here have bought them. They are very nice quality for the money. I actually ordered one a year or so ago and returned it because I decided on a different style. It was beautiful, though!

One thing I forgot to answer is that I would not buy from debeers. I am certain you can get equal quality for less money!

Ditto. SP is quality through and through, and a lot less than Debeers.
