I''m down to 6 days. Things are really good. I''m working this week up until Wednesday when my family gets into town. Of course it can''t be a slow week, it''s got to be one of the busiest of the summer! I''m actually more focused on my family coming in than anything else right now.

A lot of my stress was relieved this morning when both the DJ and the photographer reached out to confirm that everything was all set for this weekend. Up until now I''ve had to initiate all contact which was OK, but my to do list was full of notes to contact people. It was nice to not have to for once! So now I just have to confirm with the officiant, the venue and the cat sitter, and then we''re good to go.

My burn has subsided to a glow and now I''m just a bit itchy. I''m going to keep moisturizing and get outside as much as possible. Right now the forecast is calling for a sunny and beautiful day, but it''s raining at the moment. It can rain right up until 3:00 when I have my pictures for all I care!

FI and I spent the weekend cleaning and packing. I''m just about all packed for the honeymoon and I''m slowly pulling together the stuff I need to take to the hotel to get ready. I had a chance to see my bridesmaids this weekend at a shower so I''ve connected with them and we''re all on the same page with when to arrive etc. Oh, and I made most of my favors last night (truffles). I just have to dip the hazelnut ones and then box them up.

Thanks Blair. The burn has subsided and I''m now tanning at 8 minutes with SPF 50 on my face and chest.
