Do they have certs? I''d want to be sure they are well cut considering my last "pretty" pair weren''t really as good as they were represented to me.Date: 9/10/2006 5:49:10 PM

No, my other similar pair are gone. (I did ask..) That''s ok- I found another pr, 2.24 ctw--I haven''t actually seen them-husband viewed and approved them. Goodness knows he''s been educated enough to know what to look for by now. (I made him call me and describe them--you know men, he says,''well, they are pretty.'') (Argh..) So, I guess I will have to wait for tomorrow when they are set to know for sure. I trust they will be great. (Right? wince, lol) Studs are a great staple for work and play, don''t y''all think?
Yes, I remember the story of the woman who lost hers at a water park, and I''m thinking, "no way." I want to know that I can brush my hair and run and whatever w/o getting compulsive about checking my ears for a missing earring!Date: 9/10/2006 5:53:26 PM

Aw, I''m sorry. But I would do the exact same thing. Practicality may not be fun, but it does bring peace of mind.
And I don''t think you have any worries with these ''going'' with work or play.![]()
Don''t forget to post pics!
They do actually have them. The are like the lever backs only when they are clasped there is a little lever that snaps on them to make sure they are secure. To release them you lift up and then pull out. My grandma has a pair for her''s. Only the evil aunt got them....grrr...(sorry I dont talk to that side of my family.)Date: 9/11/2006 1:42:21 PM

I think it was wise to go with studs, though I love leverback earrings! I wouldn''t want to risk the loss. Someone needs to invent leverbacks that screw together somehow so that they won''t come undone.![]()
