!!!! I am just in a silly mood today.... Its already the 1st of March...whoa, the year is flying by....bf knows I want to get engaged within the next 6 months so it''s time to stop making excuses and get my a$& in gear with the proper eating and exercise!

Having said that, I woke up this am, saw snow & went back to sleep and just had a large piece of cake to celebrate a co-worker''s b-day!!! I have no will-power.... I read in last month''s O magazine that Oprah passed on the cake at her own b-day party!!!! Now that takes strength....

Ok, I think I''ll pass on the pizza my boss just ordered for the office and will eat my delicious acorn squash instead. Tonight I have my strength-training orientation at the gym, so when that''s done I will get my 45 minute workout done and then I will be back-on-track....

Congrats to all the hard work I read about yesterday...y''all are putting me to shame!!!

met with my trainer last night;

1 set =

3 mins of this funky breakdancing move
30 sec break
2 min push ups
30 sec breaj
3 min of sit ups

he made me do 4 sets of these.

then 3 sets of jump roping for 3 mins each round.



TONIGHT----

boxing 30-45 mins
 
Well, I have my trainer tonight so there''s no getting out of at least a little excercise.
Our usual routine is 20 minutes weights, 10 minutes abs, 20 - 30 minutes kickboxing. I think I''m going away in May where I''ll have to wear a bathing suit in front of lots of other people that I know, so that''s my goal.
Skinny, here I come!
 
I forgot to mention....I didn''t eat dinner last night and woke up so hungry i was nauseated. so what did i do? on the way to work i picked up a half dozen donuts and ate 2 in the car with a carton of skim milk and 1 at the office with a cup of tea.

3 donuts!! ick. i don''t think i''ve ever had that many before.

the good news is my clothes are fitting better with all the working out i''ve been doing. and this morning my bf said, ''morning skinny!''

Hey Ladies,

Today I did an hour of cardio (20 min running, 25 on bike, 15 on elliptical). I swear the elliptical is so boring I''m going to fall asleep on it one of these days.

I''ve been good with my eating. I had oatmeal with splenda for breakfast, homemade veggie chili for lunch, and will be having a fat free yogurt for a snack soon. I''m having a spinach salad with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese for dinner.

I''m super busy today so I have to run, but it looks like people are doing pretty well. Keep it up!

I went to Bikram Yoga today (I haven''t been in a week) and next week I''m going to start eating healthier starting with breakfast...my co-worker and I are going to do the breakfast thing together.
 
way to go, ladies! we are all kicking some major fitness butt!

I just got back from the gym- it was very odd to be there at night & crazy crowded...had an orientation on the weights & circuit machines and then did 45 min on the arc trainer, which I found to be so much harder than the elliptical!

I need to get back to the gym at 5:30 tomorrow morning so I''m going to eat something healthy and watch my tivo''d Gilmore Girls...just another guilty pleasure of mine
