So today my right calf will be getting a hard core workout.

Okay I am being a wise bum! I am just waiting for my siblings to wake up so I can head to Alabama.

I can also assure ya''ll that I will be going way over my 120ozs of water. And most likely my calories too, though I am going to try and be strong...but oh how I love fast food and it is a 1000 mile drive...

I am going to go hard core in the land of Alabama. I have to interveiw for grad schools

Good luck on that lonnnnngggggg drive! Just put the Lexus on cruise control and do heel lifts with both feet

I think going hard core once you''re back at school will be easier w/o all the siblings'' junk food and Momma''s good cooking. Hope the drive is easy & uneventful!

Just got back from a late gym workout- had to use the ellipitical because both my fav treadmills and arc trainers were being used. I am so weak, when I saw they were being used I almost went home (never mind that I was on the brink of going to begin with) but I stayed did an hour and enjoyed it

No weight loss again this week but I''m not suprised, my after-work eating has been bad, I only worked out 2x last week and I found out late friday that my landlord has put the house up for sale- which means we have to move

and I consoled myself against the unknown by eating...all that keeps running through my head is that the money put aside for my e-ring design is what we will need for security deposits and moving costs, and we are ready to go to wax this week and I was sending the stone tomorrow amd I am really making myself crazy right now!

Hope everyone else is in a happier place than I am right now!

I had kind of an erratic weekend - totally overate on Indian and Thai food on Saturday, but I was good on Sunday. Two cake tastings this weekend didn''t help though

But I did go for a really nice long walk in GG park on Sunday with a friend.

I"m going to the gym this afternoon, although it''ll probably be really crowded since its Monday, and as usual the weigh-on on Wednesday. Hopefully I can drop a little more by then

Good luck with that long drive Matatora - I''m sure it will be better being back at school. And good luck with grad school interviews - I did that last Winter/Spring, so if you want any experiences from that process, let me know.
 
Well, I was sooooo lazy last week knowing that it was my last free week before my fall classes began... which they did this morning... I didn''t go to the gym today but got some walking in - took me literally 2 hours to finally finagle a parking space at the very farthest end of campus & the absolute farthest point from where my class was - thankfully I''d gone early to buy textbooks but didn''t have time to do anything but walk my hiney to class... So, I guess I got about 40 minutes of walking in (but not all at once) for my first class, then drove across town for my second class but didn''t have any parking problems...

I''m going to check into hiring a personal trainer again - I totally don''t have ANY $$ for it right now... but I did so much better when I had someone working with me... FI & I went to a cookout over at a friends house last week to celebrate said friend''s birthday & her trainer dropped by to wish her a happy birthday, brought her a nice card & gave her 2 free sessions & I thought that was just a super nice thing to do & I really liked his personality. He charges $30 per 1 hour session, which is quite a bit less than what I paid last time so I''m going to try to find a way to afford this...
