Well, i got a good ol'' butt kickin'' by the gym yesterday. I did 20 minutes on the eliptical and then had a training session. We did lower body and i was DYING! Im starting to get a little soar, so it really was a good one. Ive got my clothes to go again after work... hopefully i can at least walk on the treadmill or something!
I originally wasn''t going to work out, but I figured I''d feel better if I did (have the "Blahs" right now)...so I went to Curves. It was "2 for 2" day where you stay on each station of the circuit for twice as long but you only go around the circuit once (rather than twice around and stay 1/2 as long on each). Then I did 200 crunches with my cool-down routine...
It did help make me feel better though!
