Today wad a legs day. I did a breif sprint on the treadmill then did 45 min the exercise bike and a hour of weights for legs and wee bit of abs! Then I of course spoiled it all with Thin Mints...
OMG!! Girl Scout cookie season ruins me every year!!! Thin mints & Somoas... mmmmm.
That being said, I went for a 45 minute walk/jog (not as fun as yesterday''s 83 degree beautiful day, today was much cooler at 54 degrees, still not bad though) and did some ab work afterward.
Then.... my FI came home with all the fish he caught (one of which was a 32-pound catfish!!!
!!!!) which he then put straight into the FryDaddy...
