Hey ladies! How''s it going? I''m planning to do the usual 75 mins workout when I get off work. Just one more week before I hop on the scale and see if all that time on the elliptical is paying off!

i have been for a few months = and throwing in the occasionally 2 time a week weights. i''ve notice a difference!!

Good for you, Milly! I find that I just don''t get around to those late day workouts, so I''m very envious. Good luck with your weigh-in, we hope to be seeing "less" of you by then!

Oh miss Milly! I soo wish I had an eleptical machine at school. I know I am going to miss that thing when I get back to UA. 75 minutes a day is fantastic! I skipped the amchine this morning becuase I had to do something for my family. This afternoon I walked jsut over 5miles trying to find a suit...
did I ever mention how much I love shopping. At least today was a nice day. I proably could have walked less but in the stores where I was not intreasted and my mother was I just did little laps to keep from tweaking.
I am going out with my sweet tonight. We are going to see his father so I wont be eating very healthy food. I hate drawing attention to myself.

Oh no, I can''t last 75 mins on the elliptical! I have the machine at home (it''s wonderful! makes it easy for me to work out when I get home from work). I usually stretch for 5 mins before working out. I''m planning to do 30 mins on it today, which should be about 4 miles.
Then I''m going to lift light weights to work out the fat on my upper arms (I so wish for slender arms again) and then plan to do my 25 mins pilates routine. I love doing the pilates routine last because it makes me feel so much stronger, leaner and energized at the end.
That''s my usual 75 mins workout routine. Trying to do that for at least 3-4 times a week. Thanks for the good wishes to prep me for my "scale-trip".
You are always so impressive on the eliptical ladies. I rode my bike to the gym and did 45 minutes on the precor, then did squats and pushups on an upside down bosu. Wouldve been a great workout had I not came straight home and hit the cookies. Oh, well, tomorrow is another day.
