D, E and F are all in the colorless range but D will be the whitest with F have the most color. Realistically, the average person won''t be able to tell the difference between the 3. Some will be able to tell the difference when they are side by side.

Hi Frenchgirl,
Do you mean is there a visual difference between these colour grades?

As I mentioned above, the average person won''t be able to tell the difference between a D and a F. However, if you want to compare a D, E, and F side by side - you may be able to see the difference. It won''t be a huge difference.Date: 1/31/2010 2:32:39 PM

No, you can''t. Only in the right lighting, on a white background, and face-down can you perhaps tell the difference.Date: 1/31/2010 2:34:58 PM
