Customise Vatche U113?

HI there,

Have looked at plenty rings these past few days and have my heart settled on either the BGD tapered half round Tiffany or the Vatche U113.

I really like the Vatche setting and really like the BDG taper half round shank.....

So I was wondering if anyone here would know whether the Vatche U113 can be custom ordered so the shank is half round and tapered towards the stone?

I'm not really sure why you'd want Vatche specifically for this job, as there are vendors who make a ring as you described already.
