Custom rendering opinions

Hello!

I had a few customizations completed on a setting and was looking for opinions. I had a cathedral neck inserted along with the halo angled down at 25 degrees. The CAD does not show this angling of the halo the best, but the representative assured me that it was there! I also replaced the circular prongs with claw prongs for the center diamond. I will be purchasing a .75ct-.80ct round diamond for the center stone. Does anyone see durability issues with these renderings? My main concern is that this ring may, with the cathedral neck, sit too high off of the finger.

Have you seen work fyom this jeweller? I ask because it helps if you love a certain style and aesthetic eye. The halo does not seem tilted to me: please ensure that you are on the same boat.

Personally I would lower the gallery so that the culet is closer to the donut.

You don't have your stone yet? I would focus on that first as the mm size of the diamond determines what the proportions of the setting should look like.

This customization will be through Ritani directly. I have heard that their rings are crafted extremely well, so even though I have no seen any customized work from them directly, I feel as though I can trust them. I agree that the CAD does not look like it is tilted. The rep. that I have been working with ensured me that it was, even though it did not look like it on the CAD pictures.

I do not have my stone yet, but they will be basing the measurements off of the proportions of the center stone. I gave them a small window in to which I am looking to help guide them with the customization up to this point. I do think the gallery needs to be lowered a little bit. It looks a little too long for this ring, specifically. What do you think?

This one already seems perfect to me, so I am not sure why you are changing it?

Ditto...what is wrong with the setting DS found?

Ask the jeweler (Ritani) how high the top of the mount will be. The CAD looks high to me.
