Custom jewelry by big name brands?

Has anyone known the famous houses to do custom pieces? i.e VCA, Buccellati, Verdura etc?

I know that VCA, HW and Verdura have all done custom pieces (and still do). Tiffany also does custom pieces fairly frequently and has a dedicated group of professionals who focus on custom and one-off work, FYI.
Sorry, but I just don't know re Buccellati.
