Custom Jewelers

Hi all. Is there a thread that lists custom jewlers? My search ability may just not be that great but if there isn''t a thread liks this I''d like to suggest one. (I know there is the "local jewelers" resource but local isn''t really necessary for custom work.) I guess we''d need something like Name, website if available and other contact info if not. There may be too many to even consider but I''ll start off with a couple that I have seen and really like. All of these are jewlers that I an considering for a custom ring of my own.
