Custom Designers For Gents Ring

Which of the many Pricescope designers would you recommend for making a custom gent''s diamond ring? I am looking to have made a nice gents ring (not a wedding style).
I already have my stone.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I''m in a similar situation. I tried WhiteFlash, and although I know others have had good luck with them, I was extremely disappointed in their customer service. I provided very specific instructions that I didn''t want my ring to look like a wedding band, and after we had that discussion, paid $250 for a CAD rendering ... that came back looking like a wedding band. When I said that my instructions weren''t followed, they asked me for an additional $250 to provide a CAD rendering that was consistent with my initial request. I pointed this out, and was told that as an accommodation, they would be willing to do a CAD following my original instructions for an additional $125. It did not seem to be a good idea to do further business with a company that didn''t follow my initial instructions.

Definitely wish you the best of luck - you might also check out the SMTR section, there''s a posting on men''s rings there. Hopefully you''ll get some ideas. if you have a round stone, there is a great ring there (John Quixote''s, I believe) with a round diamond set in platinum - its a beaut.

Sometimes it is a good idea to work locally. If you can meet with someone face to face, there is much less chance of any misunderstandings. Assuming there are good people in your area, I would get some local quotes from well reputed custom jewelers near you. If there isn''t much of a local jewelry industry in your area, or you are not satisfied with local work, then online is a good option.

I prefer to work mostly with local clients to reduce risks of misunderstandings, but on the other hand, I have also shipped custom projects to clients who have also been very satisfied. So both ways can work well.
