Cushion in NYC or DC/VA/MD

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to receive some advice on where to actually shop. Do you have recommendations where to look for a ring? I live in San Francisco, but my significant other lives in DC, and I do want to give her exactly what she wants. Any recommendations for stores in NYC or DC/VA/MD?

Below are specs:
Cushion cut
1.5 ~ 1.7 carats
D ~ F
VV1 ~ VS1
Micro pave accents and eternity band with pave

I've heard that cuts are not graded on cushions--is that correct? Sorry, I'm all over the place with my questions, but store recommendations would definitely help in my journey!

I just got a gorgeous custom made eternity ring from Pete at Quest Jewelry in the DC area. He does great work! Although you''d have to have him look for the cushion you want or bring it to him for setting you want. He is a benchman himself and they do all their work onsite. A B&M that does fabulous work at online prices. Good luck.

I ditto Kaleigh either GOG or ERD should be able to find you a beautiful cushion

Love that setting and you''ve been given great advice regarding ERD and GOG. I would trust Leon Mege at http://www.artofplatinum.com/ to make that setting for you. You can do a search for Leon Mege rings on PS and it will bring up loads of delicious micropave halo''d beauties!

TOTALLY go with Mark at ERD for your cushion. He has a fabulous reputation on here, and for good reason! He also makes that Harry Winston look alike TO A T! Look up fatguy or winnie''s e-rings on this site and you''ll see the exact ring.

Leon, is awesome also! And I would totally trust him if you decide to go that route as well!
