I don't like it, and in my opinion, I think it is poorly cut.
See how it goes see-through when it is rotating? That is 'windowing'.
Rather than reflecting light back to the viewer, it is letting light pass straight through (like a window).
That means it fails in its sole job - to reflect light to the viewer and look pretty.
No stone performs at all angles, but many are much, much better than this.
Also, I have no idea what that 'laserstone' video is supposed to show.
Is it trying to show where the light goes when it hits the diamond?
Or is it just some gimmicky trick to make it look sparkly?
It looks like marketing to me, with no or little substance behind it.
Another red flag is that the videos are saying '3ct' but the stone is 2.92ct.
Why are they trying to 'over-sell' like that?
Who is the vendor? Reeds?
What is the price?
If you are happy to tell us your desired / required colour, clarity, carat weight/dimensions, and budget, we can try to help you find something better.
You have also found a radiant that I am also interested in. I will link below( I found it at another vendor much cheaper) but this site has a video. I also requested an ASET
Hmmm... Again, only my (noob) opinion, but I feel it's better but still windowing when it's facing left and right. I feel like I am obsessed with it and bang on about it but I just worry that stones with it will go see-through on the finger and not sparkle as much as they could.
I'm not familiar with the lighting setup in the Yadav videos either, so I am not sure if it's just lacking contrast (dark patterns from obstruction / reflection of the camera lens) or the lighting is very 'flat'.
Are you happy to post your budget? Personally, I am likely to be offline until the weekend after tonight but others may well chime in and/or suggest other options in the meantime
