Cushion cut questions?

Hi everyone! I am new and I am so sorry if this question is redundant, but I have been reading a lot about cushion cut stones and I am still confused

I am determined to make a replica of the Tiffany Novo. The sales rep at Tiffany said that cushion cut stones are not known to be very sparkly, but Tiffany has a patented cut which is what makes the stone so gorgeous. However, I have read some stories about some here about some Tiffany reps that are not so smart. Any opinions what I was told?

What kind of cushion stone should I look for?

goodoldgold.com sells a square hearts and arrows stone which is the closest to the novo cut. you can set it in a Ritani endless love setting and it will look almost identical to the Novo. neatfreak, a pricescoper has a regular cushion set in the ritnai setting and even sales folks at tiffany''s thought her ring was the novo.

As far as I know, www.goodoldgold.com is the only vendor who sells the Square cushion H&A which looks exactly like the Novo diamond, right down to the square outline and hearts & arrows.
