Hey everybody,
I would really appreciate some help on a cushion cut I am looking to get for my beautiful girlfriend. I have been looking endlessly and have found a stone that screams out for me to buy it. I would be getting it from Bluenile and as such have no images of the stone. The stone is right in my price range and I was curious if there are any obvious reasons I shouldn''t get this particular stone. I am perfectly content with the I color of the stone as I prefer the cut and clarity. Below are the stats and I am also attaching the GIA Report.

Carat Weight: 1.06
Cut: Very Good
Color: I
Clarity: VVS2
Depth %: 67.6%
Table%: 61%
Symmetry: Good
Polish: Very Good
Girdle: Medium to Very Thick
Cutlet: None
Fluorescence: Faint
Measurements: 6.14 x 5.83 x 3.94 mm
Length / Width Ratio: 1.05

Thank you so much for any help.

I'm afraid you can't judge a cushion's beauty based on the numbers. My fellow PS'ers will tell you the same thing. You need at least the ASET images.
May I know how you decide to pick this particular cushion since you did say 'it screams for you'? What aspects of it appeal to you?

I'd look at www.goodoldgold.com or ask Mark at engagementringsdirect for cushions.

I really think this 0.95 I/SI1 offers excellent value:-

HI All!
I would never buy a cushion without good photos.
atlarch- did you want a modern looking cushion, or one with an antique vibe- such things can''t be determined from the BN style of site.

Ditto Dimitri and David, photos at least are essential.

The information on the cert does not tell all the angles so even 2 cushions with the same stats can look completely different. There''s no way to tell if it looks great or ugly, hence I would never buy a cushion without at the very least a picture of the stone itself.
