I''m new to this forum and wanted to get opinions on the new ring I just purchased.

Shape CUSHION SQ.
Color G
Clarity VS2
Measurements 6.55 x 6.3 x 4.48 mm

I really like it but am having some second thoughts on the setting. Part of me wishes I had it in bezel setting. Pictures are attached. Thoughts? opinions?

Welcome to Pricescope.

To my eyes this ring does have a bezel(ring of metal sorrounding the centre stone) but its also prong set so the stone is set a little higher and actually held by the prongs. This ring looks like a rough copy of a Tiffany Legacy but the picture quality is poor so I can't tell much else.

What is it you want us to comment on? Which vendor did you purchase this ring from?

Definite: Congrats on your ring purchase! It''s absolutely beautiful.

My ring is set similarly to yours. From the top the halo surrounds the diamond almost like a bezel, but it''s set with prongs. At first I thought I wanted a bezel instead, but I''ve realized that the diamond actually looks larger, has more presence, when it''s set up above the halo. You just see so much more of it.

The setting reminds me of the legacy. although, the legacy is bezel set and you''ve got a prong set halo. I think it''s a lovely ring. Are you working with a vendor where you even have the option to make the changes you might be wanting?

Thanks for the comments. The pictures I have are not that great. It is similar to the Legacy. I was just hoping to get some honest opinions.
