Cushion comparison help-

I am looking for a cushion cut stone right around the .9-1 range. I selected these 3. Would those that are so much more knowledgeable help distinguish how to tell a great stone from a good stone. Thanks so much.

Wow all three look pretty terrible. What's your budget and preferences on color & clarity? Do you have a preferred style of cushion? (rectangular vs. square)(faceting: modern, chunky antique, H&A, etc.?) Post your preferences and the avid jewelry lovers on this board might help you find suggestions.

Ditto; all those have leaky/mushy centers.

Budget is low $4000's. I am so new to this, that just want a nice stone. I like the cushion cut, and hoping I can get a good stone for that budget. How can you tell from the stone if it is good or not? The pattern on the report? or just from looking at the picture? Any help is greatly appreciated. I have been reading a ton, but have not figure it all out yet. I like the "x" factor stones from BE, but they seem to be out of my range. Thanks so much.

Just saw a signature blue nile in my price range. WHat do you think? Better?
