Hello All,

I found another stone, very similar to the other one. I noticed that there is a difference in the star and lgf. How would that affect the stone? Stone #1 gets an excellent on each of the 4 categories on the HCA, while stone 2 differs in that it receives a very good on spread. So i guess my question is how would this 2 stones differ and which one would you choose?

From the numbers, prefer stone 2. Stone 1 might see the black arrows more easily than Stone 2.

Both star and LGF percents are within good range, Idealscope images of each diamond would be the next step. The star and LGF fine tune the diamond's performance, with the second diamond the arrows if you see them would be slightly thinner than that of the first diamond, personally I would pick the second as I prefer the numbers.

Also all but the more shallow depthed stones receive a VG for spread, this is nothing to worry about.

I would be able to see the arrows more easily in stone 1 because they would be slightly fatter due to the shorter lgf?

Thank you for the help.

Possibly, it depends on the lighting though, arrows also look more silvery than black in most normal lights and viewing distances.

Thank you Lorelei.
