Second is likely green obsidian, aka volcanic glass. The first looks very similar to something my grandmother had a big chunk of in her rock collection, but I don't know what it is.

First looks like jasper. Make yerself a big bolo tie.

There is no scale for the second one so I will say either a large piece of glass or a small piece of glass.
