Just a consumer here, but unless things have changed in the last few years, the answer is no. It will tell you depth, table, girdle, culet, overall measurements, color, clarity, polish, symmetry, weight and flourescence.
I do not think there would be a way to "extrapolate" from the GIA report alone, but I'll let the experts chime in.
G.I.A will put on their certs. under comments, if the stone has crown angles greater than 35% when the stone is real deep, or less than 30% when the stone is flat.
Anything in between those ranges they will not have any comments.
