Thank you! Screenshot_20230501_144024_eBay.jpg

It's hard to tell. Is it a jubilee cut?

Looks like a wonky old mine cut to me. Would help if we could see the crown on it.

Name? The ones I have that look like this with off center/off parallel table and culets,
The one I call Marty & the other Feldman.
And I do that lovingly, by the way…..

Are you sure its diamond?
Whats the metal?

Agree with Karl - looks like silver = not a diamond.

Looks like one of those old mine/almost Mazarin table cuts. These are the earlier cuts. You don't see as many of them in larger sizes, usually they're accent stones.
Is it a brooch?

Almost any phone can take a better photo in good light and a plain white background!

Hi all, thank you so much for the feedback. The stone is part of an old trilogy ring and the seller is a surly old man not open to more artistic pursuits in photography. I can always return the ring but it's kind of a pain, because I'm in the US and he's in the UK. The metal is 18k and the stone is small - 3 mm. I love old cuts so I was hoping to get more info on the cut and then look for more similar stones.

+1 for an OMC
