Could someone please check out this stone?

I'm in the process of trying to upgrade my wife's wedding ring for our tenth anniversary. I would like it to be a surprise, so I'm thinking about just presenting her with a stone and allowing her to pick the rest...

Anyway, I found this one. Could I please get a few opinions on it?

If this one's not the one,,,could I get a suggestion or two? My budget is around $5k for the stone... it will be going into a white gold or platinum setting, so I think I can get away with a I or J color. I'm upgrading from .75ct, so I need at least 1.2ct...
