Hi. I ordered a jewelry box and am trying to get in touch with them about my order status. I emailed them at customer service , but was wondering if there was a phone number.

I ordered using 50% off promo and saw the promo applied before I clicked ‘order’ (ordered 5 boxes for gifts). Order confirmation came through at full price and my cc was charged full price. Multiple emails to customer service not answered. When I get back to US I will call to resolve.
Love their products but their online ordering experience is poor.

I received an email that my jewelry box would be delivered in 2 -3 days, but haven't heard anything.
I will call them.
