Has anyone sent a diamond to Consumer''s Gem Lab ( http://www.consumersgemlab.com/ ) in Florida?

Was your experience with them good? Once I have chosen a diamond, I plan on sending it somewhere to have a thorough analysis performed prior to having it set and Consumer''s seems to provide a very reasonably priced, thorough analysis.

Please share your experience or suggest alternates as I really don''t know where to go.
