I first want to thank everyone who participates on this site. Its been very helpful in my journey to buy a diamond for an engagement ring. I was hoping some of you could take a look at this diamond I am considering:

http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-560201.htm

It gets a 1.0 HCA. I have spoken to Whiteflash and they say its eye clean and faces up white. My only concern is compared to other stones of the same carat weight on their site, this one is cheaper for the same clarity and color. Which has me a bit concerned. So if anyone of you have an opinion about it or anything I should look into before purchasing the stone please let me know. And thanks again.

The diamond looks beautiful - honestly if a diamond is in WF's A Cut Above line, and all the pics and images line up accordingly, I pretty much default to being confident it is indeed a Super Ideal diamond. And at a quick glance, you are right, it does seem quite well-priced comparatively speaking but not outrageously so... that I would consider an upside and not a drawback.

I really love these proportions! The high crown and tiny table should produce lots of nice fire. I don't think there is anything to be concerned about. =)

Buy it!

ACAs rock!
We love ours, and it gets tons of compliments.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to buy this diamond.

wow... bargain.

Yes, bargain! I think that is one they may have mispriced or failed to raise the price...and lucky for you if you get it at that price! G VS1 is my personal favorite, too!

(By the way, you don't use the HCA on AGS Ideal stones because AGS light performance grading is better info than the HCA.)
