I just wanted to rouse a big Pricescope cheer for ECF and congratulate her on the birth of her baby boy, little Noah on September 8th! Many congrats to you!!
Awwwww thanks so much everyone! Noah is doing great - 6 1/2 weeks already! He''s growing like a weed (up to 10 lbs already - he was 7lb 5 oz at birth, 7 lb 1 oz at his lowest), and he''s starting to smile a little - it''s so beautiful to see. And big sister Emily is 3 years old and she just adores him (for now...
) - she calls him "my baby" and always kisses him and tends to him when he''s upset (brings him pacifiers, etc on her own!) - she kisses him all the time, and always wants to find him first thing when she gets up in the morning. He''s sleeping a bit longer at night now (finally) - 3 1/2 hours straight last night! Whoo hoo!
I have SOOOOOOO many cute pics - I''ll get some more up soon, I promise!
Thanks Lorelei - yes, the cats are all fine with Noah - in fact, I think their reaction initially was "great - another one?"! I think they feel a little displaced as again I don''t have as much time to devote to them, but they are ok and I do my best to make sure they all know they are loved.
Here are a few recent pics of Noah - isn''t he adorable????
Note the cat in the crib too - little Murphy (he''s the one in renal failure as mentioned in another thread) has adopted the corner of the crib for himself when Noah isn''t in it...
What great pics - thanks so much for sharing them! Noah is the absolute cutest and I love his smile! The cats all look great too! I can see how Miss Emily adores her little brother and will help to take great care of him! Hehehe...Noah certainly has some great outfits
Thanks everyone! We just got back from the mall a bit ago - he loved it (all the lights, etc) - he''s so good! However, he fell asleep in Tiffany''s... how is that possible?!?! (hubby''s reply was "that"s my boy! I''d fall aleep in Tiffany''s too...")
OMG! Your baby is the cutest!!! It reminds me so much of how our cat used to get into out daughter''s crib whenever we let her. Oh the longing!!!!!! I miss the baby days soooo much. Glad to hear he''s sleeping a little longer for you.
