Thanks to all who responded to my earlier thread about whether it was possible for a GIA Very Good Cut
stone to receive an AGS Ideal Cut. I''m even more confused now though after navigating around the site that was linked to in one of the replies. When I found these charts, and then found the correct one for the diamond specs, it looks like it should have received a GIA Excellent Cut. What am I missing or not understanding?

Here are the stats I have off the GIA report:
Cut Grade: Very Good
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Table Size: 60%
Crown Angle: 33.5
Pavilion Angle: 41.4
Total Depth: 59.5%
Culet: None
Girdle: Thin - Medium (faceted) 2.5%

Looking at the GIA chart for 60% Table Size below is what is confusing me.

You should tell us what are star facet and lower girdle length.
The charts are not accurate as facetware.

can you just post the gia report number and weight of the stone on the report.

Ditto.

Also, is it possible there is a comment on the report about brillianteering?

Here''s the GIA report number 1102846578, Carat Weight 1.69

I am really trying to learn and understand so I appreciate everyone''s help!

yap.

Not sure if AGS will give it an AGS0 with that lower facet size even if the rest numbers are good.
