I bought an awesome diamond a few years ago from GOG and want to trade it in for a bigger one. Their policy on having bought the original stone with a CC is this:
"If the diamond you are trading up was paid with a credit card and you are paying the balance of your new diamond with a credit card the full purchase price of the diamond must be paid."
Already sent them an email but was wondering if anyone could clarify it for me in the meantime.
My question is where would the price that was paid for the original diamond be factored in because I dont know which stone theyre referring to when they say the full purchase price of the diamond must be paid.
Do they charge you for the 2nd stone and then credit you because we no longer have that CC account anymore.
I really like GOG which is the biggest reason I''m going back to them so I know there wont be a problem with it, I just want to know if anyone else can answer it sooner.
What we were planning on doing was just paying the difference between the 2 stones and the cost of the new band.
Thanks guys!
