Ok, after a couple of months of lurking around the forum, I decided to buy a WF ACA Princess AGS000 J color VVS1

At first, I was very nervous about the color issue, but from what I have gathered, the diamond is cut very well and will look white from the above. I don''t have the diamond yet to post pictures, but I do have the picture from WF''s website.

Ditto. I don''t think I''ve ever seen a J princess, can''t wait!

Ohhhh, looking forward to seeing pictures of it IRL and hearing what you think about it!
It looks gorgeous from the WF picture you posted!

Congrats on your exciting purchase. I just received a stone 3 days ago: 2.86 carat G color SI1 AGS 000 Round brilliant -- and the reason I mention this is to say that I have worn an E color stone for nearly 10 years so I was nervous about adjusting to a G because my E was SO, SO snowy white. I had heard that well-cut diamonds (such as an AGS 000 cut) face up much whiter than you'd expect for their color because of the spectacular cut...but I'm not sure I'd ever even seen an AGS triple 0 until I received mine. Let me tell you..."they" weren't kidding! This G stone looks so much whiter than my 1 carat pear-shaped E color stone. I was AMAZED! I expected to like the stone, but I expected to whince a bit when I compared it (color wise) to my old E. I didn't whince! My G looks WAY whiter! The only difference I noticed was how comparatively dull my old stone looked. The AGS Triple 0 stone is spectacular in soft, diffused light, unbearably mesmerizing in grocery-store lights and just plain wonderful. Yes, I actually took the stone IN THE BOX to the grocery store just to see it "perform" in those wonderful, intense really white lights they have in most grocery stores. It looked so dazzinling that I may actually learn to like my endless grocery store runs! I think I'm hooked.

Have you owned a diamond before? If so, you may find that your AGS 000 princess blows the old one away in every way, no matter the color. The picture you posted looked extraordinary! My G almost "glowed" beside my old E. So much brighter!

Good luck. Hope you'll be as tickled with yours as I am with mine -- and mine isn't even mounted yet!

My son just bought a RB J VS2 .777 ct from Whiteflash. It''s an ES Ideal Cut diamond, ex polish,ex finish. After seeing 7 ACA and ES Whiteflash diamonds side by side, up close and personal, it''s really true. The cut makes a huge difference in face up color. I honestly couldn''t tell the difference between a G and the J he bought. Simply BEAUTIFUL! I''de never hesitate to buy an I or J of Whiteflash quality.

It''s going to be gorgeous! Can''t wait to see it.

Oh, you definitely have to show us the pics when it arrives. This is going to be a fab stone.

I have bought many diamonds for my girlfriend (that is about to change!), but nothing of this quality. I will say, in the past, her stones have been F color stones, but the cut was so, so.. This is my first big purchase as in buying a car big, so I am nervous, but WF has made the experience very easy and smooth. My bank does not trust my American Express Financial guy and has decided to put a hold on a check that I deposited

I will have this stone sent for Sat delivery and post pictures ASAP.

I must say, this forum is awesome and you all have beautiful diamonds. I hope to add to that collection :)
