When the certificate reports that "additional clouds not shown" should one be wary on an SI1 that these clouds may affect light performance assuming all else looks excellent on a GIA report? (IS is great, HCA is less than 2 within AGS0 cut parameters)
 
Probably not, unless the cert states that the clarity grade SI1 was set by the clouds - then the stone might require a more careful look.
 
The 'grade defining' inclusions should be diagrammed. The others likely did not contribute to the clarity grade.
 
Are there other "SI" looking inclusions on the cert?
 
don''t try to guesstimate or interpret what might be seen in person based the report plot, have someone look at the diamond in person so you can be sure of what you are getting.
