Do you see any problem with this inclusion? Gia rating VS1, excellent cut, HCA score of 1.4.

It's a GIA VS1, so I think you can assume that you'll never be able to see it with the naked eye. so, no, it wouldn't bother me at all.

Thanks Lahey! I have read so much that I now second guess myself :-) I was worried it might disrupt the distribution of light or something. Glad to hear it shouldn't be worried about.

Clouds can and do disrupt light.
I have seen SI1 (border line SI2 after communication with GIA Lab Director) that was cloudy to the point everyone who looked at saw it was cloudy / milky.
But at VS2 it is unlikely that you would ever have a problem.
At VS1 you would never ever have a problem.

I always advise people to accept a fair level of inclusions within a grade because the search for say an SI2 that does not have fair sized inclusions will almost always suffer from reduced fire and brilliance.

Thank you so much. That is the exact answer and reassurance I was hoping to hear.

Looks like the ring is a keeper :)

Yikes, inclusions can affect the fire and brilliance in an Si1- SI2? I didn't know that. Will any good vendor be able to tell you that? or would that, or would they just say it is a good pick becasue the inclusions are eye clean?

In rare circumstances yes, but it's only in certain conditions. Clouds specifically COULD be an issue at that clarity level. It depends on the size and location.
