Cloud loose diamond?

On the clarity characteristics it says cloud. I know some diamond over time need to be cleaned and become cloudy, but what if you buy a new loose diamond is this fixable?

I hate to be the one to say it, but I don't think you should be importing diamonds if you don't know what a cloud is in terms of clarity. And it is internal and can't be cleaned.

Why are you doing this as an international deal and are you importing into the US or somewhere else? Have you asked these questions of the seller? What did they tell you?

You say you're importing 'a few diamonds'. Are you trying to get into the diamond business or just working on a project that involves several stones?
