Closed Culet

I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on a closed culet. Is this bad or not. thank tim

I am just a consumer but I believe a closed culet in good. I think they are rated as pointed or none on diamond certificates as opposed to small, medium etc which are usually on Old European Cut diamonds where you can see a circle which acts as a window on the pavillion of the stone when viewed through the table.
