FYI If you get this message while tracking your package, and your package is in Richmond BC for Import, your package will be delayed for at least 24 hours.

Even if you supply the requested forms and duty payment information before 8:30 am on the day you are notified. Even if you use Fedex's brokerage service.

Delays suck
