let say we have a 2 ct stone that''s graded SI1,now imagine if we can magically take the same size inclusions from this 2 ct stone and put it on a 5 ct stone,should/would this 5 ct stone grade VS clarity?

I thought that a SI inclusion is always a SI inclusion, no matter what stone it is in.
I can find the VS inclusions much more easily in "her" 1ct stones than in "her" 0.3-0.5ct stones. The larger facets make it easier to see into the heart of the stone.
On the other hand, a single SI inclusion in a 0.3ct would take up a much larger portion of the stone than the same SI inclusion in a 1ct stone. But the 1ct stones often have proportionately more inclusions than the 0.3ct.

No. Clarity grading has to do with the size, placement and nature of the inclusion. All of this is relative. To give an extreme example small cloud on the edge of a 2 carater that makes it a VS1 could quite possibly fill the entire stone on a 2 pointer.

Great question; I'm looking forward to hearing the answer.

I know when grading color that a 5 carat J will look more yellow than a 1 carat J, so maybe they do allow identical type of inclusions to be larger in a larger stone to get the same clarity grade.

Right. As Neil said it''s all relative. A crystal which makes a 50 pointer an SI diamond could very well be a VS inclusion in a larger diamond. Or not...perhaps it would still make it SI, depending on placement & relief (visibility). Every case is judged on its own particulars.

some SI2 could come to SI1 if diamond is bigger

VVS does not depend from Diamond size. I depends from Diamond size

so very few SI1 could become VS2 if diamond is bigger ( such shift is smaller for small inclusions )

it is not "Official" LAB version. It is just result my observations and thinking

I agree with Serg. An SI1 sized imperfection in a one carat diamond will be an SI1 in a 10 carat.

My experience is different Mohs.
How yellow a J looks depends on a lot of factors, but I have not found that size is neccesaily one of them, on it's own.
Taken to a logical conclusion a larger Fancy Yellow would look darker than a smaller one- but again, I don't find that's the case.
