My inbox and spam folder are filled with these. I always wonder if anyone takes the time to fill out these links and if they actually do get the free offer.

Maybe one day I''ll go to the library and follow through with one, see what the end result is

Fiery, in order to "possibly" get the gift card/reward, you have to apply for 2-3 credit cards and use them first. If you''re into that sort of thing and you have that kind of time on your hands, I''m sure you can actually get the reward like, years from now.

I''m not "into that sort of thing" just thought it was silly that I get all of these emails on a daily basis.

One of my friends filled out one of these for an Ipod back when they first came out, and actually got the Ipod. I think it depends on the company making the offer - he had to subscribe to two magazines to get it.

I subscribe to a blog that writes about these offers. They'll list the offer, website, and EXACTLY how to do it. At the end of the month the blogger lists the names of the people who received their prize/compensation from previous offers (it takes 3-5 months to ge tit usually) and what they got. These people end up with $500 giftcards most often but some have gotten $1000, Nintendo Wiis, etc as well. They kind of look at the offers as a way to make extra bucks from home... like a business. Some individuals make a few thousand a year doing it! You usually have to buy or subscribe to something but the amount out of pocket is nothing compared to what you get back.

I haven't tried it before but maybe I will one day when I have more time! You have to be pretty diligent about keeping track of it all so you make sure they don't rip you off.

If it was, then it looked exactly like mine which I bought from the store! Packaging and all. But I''d be ok with that!
