Chubb Insurance in Missouri

Dear PS Members:
I would like to know if anyone has insured their diamond engagement ring with Chubb Insurance while residing in Missouri (Columbia) or if anyone knows of a particular agent in the Columbia, Missouri or general Missouri area that will provide me with a policy to insure the diamond engagement ring? I called the only place (The Insurance Group, Inc.) in Columbia, MO that provides Chubb insurance (found through Chubb''s agent locator) and I was told that they do not provide a "cash out" policy. Could anyone provide me any assistance?

I went through Touchstone Insurance via the Whiteflash website. spoke with David and Ralph, and was able to obtain the cash-out policy for slightly under the 10K minimum for $128 annual premium. The two individuals were very helpful and very polite
