Can anyone assist me in locating a Chubb agent that does issue stand-alone policies on diamond engagement ring and/or Mikimoto pearls? The engagement ring is ~$8800, and I will be adding the wedding bands at ~$2-4K in value upon purchase of them next week. After my searching and numerous phone calls, I am not having any luck in finding a person that will issue it. I appreciate any assistance.

Thanks,
Ken

There are tons of Chubb threads on here that can offer lots of info, just enter "Chubb" in the search box.
That being said, I searched many of those threads and I finally went to Whiteflash''s website and used the link to Touchstone Insurance and this is how I was finally able to insure through Chubb with a standalone policy. It was VERY easy and the agent was great.
Here''s the link:

PS...You don''t have to have gotten your ring or diamond through WF to go this route, it''s just a helpful link they offer on their site. My ring didn''t come from WF

I have Chubb, but I have a homeowners with a jewelry rider. Any single piece $5000 or under is blanket covered with no deductible, so only my tennis braclet and ER have to be scheduled separately. I did lose a pair of studs and they were great to work with - Not sure they do a stand alone policy though - good luck!

As a follow-up response, I went with David through Touchstone Insurance for the Chubb Policy and the process couldn''t be any easier.

Thanks,
Ken
