Christensen Heller Gallery Bay area

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any experience with Christensen Heller Gallery in Oakland on College Ave. They have a ring that I love and I have a stone that I love, and they will make ring for me, but I would like to hear any experiences before I put down the money. (This is the only setting I have seen that I like- I know this sounds crazy but I am very picky)
