Loved the set I picked 15 years ago....today.....not so much

You mean what I liked at 25 years old, I wouldn't like at 40?!

I wish I'd picked a simple pattern, something timeless. Have you checked out Crate & Barrel? I love their simple white china. My brother and sister-n-law have it and it's great for everyday use and can be dressed up for entertaining by using chargers and other accent pieces. We have a Crate and Barrel outlet nearby and I think you can access the "outlet" through their website. Good Luck!

Our Crate and Barrel opens in a few weeks. I doubt we'll actually add china at this point. Nothing grabs me, and nothing is reasonably priced (defined as a full 12 person set for under 100-150 bucks).
