So finally after a topsy turvy ride from diamond ignorance i've finally arrive at diamond bliss. Well, as much as my budget will allow for, and i'm sure she'll be pumped.
Thank you to ALL the experts and pro-ams that have assisted throughout the journey on PS... you all know who you are and naming any of you will inevitably mean leaving someone out.
Additionally, I would like to take the time to publicly thank Whiteflash and in particular Traci (and Debi too). This is EASILY the best service i've ever had from ANYONE. It actually goes beyond service to the start of a friendship I believe, which is good because they're in Houston and i love BBQ and we may well visit one day!!
Not only did it not bother Whiteflash (Traci) that I wanted to purchase a ring from another supplier (Mark Schneider), but she actually said she would arrange it for me and ended up organizing the whole thing. So before that, I was looking at all the problems associated with insurance and shipping from Australia, and responsibility for any potential issues with setting the stone. Not now. Traci got me a great price for both the E-ring and the wedding band and put together a great overall package which I am over THE MOON about. What a wonderful shopping experience. We would have spent HOURS and HOURS on chat and skype hunting for that perfect diamond, all the while Traci never lost patience but was tough enough to put her foot down on occasions where it was required (
) and able to provide perspective when I was getting lost in the figures... I'm talking additional images, videos... nothing was too much trouble.
So thank you Whiteflash, and thank you Traci - you're a credit to your work and they're lucky to have you. I've never felt lucky to be a customer before but I do with you and Debi and the whole Whiteflash team.
