Chicago photographer?

I am trying to book a photographer for my wedding in Chicago in June, and I was wondering if there were any Chicago brides or brides to be who could recommend one to me. I would appreciate any help!

Hi SourStars. I am near Chicago. Fred Fox is a rather well-known photography company here in the Chicago area. I just happen to be using them, but my cousin used them for her wedding a few years back and honestly I wouldn''t go with anyone else.

Have you checked out the Knot Chicago magazine or Chicago Brides magazine? There are photography sections in there with vendor listings and you can usually go online and check portfolios to see what you like. Good luck!

as for photography we''re going with a student who did my fiances brothers wedding and their pictures were amazing!

my really close friend got married in august and she used studio one and she had nothing but good things to say about them...

I don''t know what your budget is, but my friend used Pen Carlson and her photos are amazing! We probably would have hired them as well if we were getting married in Chicago.

They post a lot of photos on their blog, so I''d be sure to also look there for examples of their work.

We ended up with Mthree Studios out of Milwaukee and we are very excited to work with Molly. Even with travel costs, she is more affordable than most of the Chicago photographers I listed.
