Well this is a new one! Table seems too big if this is an old cut. And those numbers don't make any sense to me.

That is exciting. I suck at math. Seriously, Dh doesn't even like it when I calculate tip.

I just wouldn't trust those numbers at all. But if the table is 2.86 and the diameter averages 5mm, then I get about 57% table.

I sent the seller a message asking about crown and table, this is what he sent me

That's what I was getting too. It sounds like this one might be transitional? I can definitely see a culet. In the photo, the table just does not look like 57%.
