omg! that is BEAUTIFUL!!! jaw drop!

Holy moly!

Is it just me or does that look whiter than a J from the top? You can see the color in the side shots for sure, though. Beautiful!

Wow that looks stunning...if only I had a spare $24k lying around and a much more adventurous spirit

Whoa! The stone looks promising but the setting could have been done better, I think.

Definitely a honker for sure!!

Well, if anyone IS serious about it, it would probably be worth a trip to see it in person before taking the plunge!

What a beautiful stone! I agree with Grace: that setting is sooooo not worthy....

Are you considering it, T-girl?

Anything we can do to *ahem* help you make up your mind to give this lovely diamond a good PS home?

wow, stunning!!

but the ''made in china'' sticker was a bit off-putting

Holy cow! That is enormous! Gorgeous though. I''d be afraid to go in public with that on!

ha ha, you noticed that too hey TG? I posted a pic in this thread

that is an extremely good price for what is a gorgeous stone (and not a bad ring too).
I have bought from this seller before - sometimes he can be a pain as his English isn't the best,
but he is honest - you will get what's in the photos.
Quite impressive too that an old stone that large doesn't appear to have any damage.
If I were in the market, I would absolutely buy this - I reckon he may accept ~21k.

You should get it TG, it's a steal!

Hey Grace!

I agree, the mount does nothing for this diamond - imagine how fantastic this girl would
look in a home by SS or VC

No, that''s not me. I''m not into the Liberace look. But if you could snag the diamond for 15-18K that might be worthy.

One should assume the color grade supplied may be "on the high side". It is not graded by a major lab and we have no idea if the appraisal was done in an arm''s length manner. Once an old cut is set, it visually looks whiter most times than the GIA grade. Would you still buy this if it were a K or L color? It is very pretty and may be well worth buying it, but the impulse to own it should be tempered with getting it right BEFORE you pay or bid.

Do you think that ''Made In China'' plug a deliberate act? Lol, it''s cheeky!

That looks like a LOGR setting. They just plunked the cushion in there and the heck with whether it fit well or not
